Reform and refurbishment of single-family residential dwelling in the centre of Sabadell.

Building constructed in 1907, which was adapted to the new needs of the owner family, creating a new parking area, improving the access to the ground floor and creating a garden with swimming pool.

It is distributed as follows: ground floor: two bedrooms, living-dining room-kitchen, pantry, bathroom and hallway; first floor: three bedrooms, three bathrooms, laundry room; ground floor: multipurpose space.

In terms of energy, the insulation of the building envelope has been improved, with regard to air-conditioning, underfloor heating, air-conditioning by means of a heat pump and domestic hot water by aerothermal energy.
